Acceptance of These Terms
These terms explain how this website is provided and how Al-Jamal LLC shares service information. By using the website, you are using it under these terms.
About This Website
This website provides general information about Al-Jamal LLC plumbing services across Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Service availability can depend on timing, location, and the type of issue. Call to confirm.
Services and Pricing
- Service descriptions on this site are general.
- We charge a $55 On-Site Diagnostic Fee. This covers the trip out, the inspection, and figuring out what’s wrong. You get clear pricing before any repair begins.
- Actual work and pricing are confirmed on site before any repair begins.
Repair Warranty
- Repair work is covered for 30 days from the date the work is finished.
- If the same problem comes back within those 30 days, call (847) 269-8881 and we will come back out and look at it.
- This covers the repair we performed. It does not cover a new or unrelated problem, or damage caused by something outside that repair.
- Parts may carry their own manufacturer warranty, which is separate from this.

The DIY and help guides on this site are general first steps only and are not a replacement for an on-site inspection. Please follow the safety notes. Do not touch standing water near outlets, cords, electrical panels, or appliances. If a situation feels unsafe, stay away and call for help.
