Meet the Owner
Said Al-Jamal
Owner-Operator
Said runs Al-Jamal LLC and does the plumbing work himself. The same person on the phone, at your door, and on the invoice.
Owner-Operator
You get the owner, on every job.
Al-Jamal LLC is run by Said Al-Jamal. The person you talk to on the phone is the person who shows up and does the work.
Owner-Operator
One person, start to finish.
When someone comes into your home for plumbing work, trust matters. I keep it simple: I explain what I find, I treat your space with care, and you get the price before any repair starts.
You do not need to know the cause before you call. Describe what you are seeing. The on-site diagnostic visit is how we find out, and you get clear pricing before the work begins.

HOW I WORK
Nothing gets passed between people
Plumbing work happens inside real homes, rental units, businesses, kitchens, bathrooms, and finished basements. How the work is handled matters as much as the repair itself.
Because I do the work myself, you explain the problem once. The person who heard it is the person who fixes it, so nothing gets lost between a dispatcher, a salesperson, and a crew.
I also do tile and flooring. On bathroom work that means one person handles the plumbing and the finish, instead of you waiting on a second contractor to come in behind me.
My Promise
What you can expect
Four things that hold true on every job.
-
Plain answers
I tell you what I found, what it means, and what the next step is. No jargon.
-
Price before the work
You get the repair price before I start. If what I find changes the job, you hear it from me first.
-
Clean when I leave
I work carefully around cabinets, floors, and finished surfaces, and I leave the area as clean as I found it.
-
No pressure
You get the options and the price. The decision is yours, and it can wait until you are ready.
